Critical Thinking. Dynamic Approach. Practical Solutions.

Joe Iwanicki’s practice includes complex civil litigation files with an emphasis on commercial loss recovery and allegations of impropriety.

Joe’s experience encompasses deeper trial and advocacy experience than his year of call would indicate. He has managed and assisted in numerous private arbitrations including a significant multi-million-dollar arbitration with expert evidence as well as large Chambers Applications.

Prior to his passion for law, Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit and business sense combined with his love of sports cars led to starting his own import company that specialized in introducing rare Japanese sports cars to the North American market.
